- Subscription Data: Plan type, billing status, and usage counts. Payment processing is handled by Apple (In-App Purchase); we do not store your full payment card details.
- Device Data: Device type, operating system, and app version for compatibility and support purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-powered repair diagnoses and step-by-step guides based on your uploaded images.
- To manage your subscription and track diagnosis usage against your plan limits.
- To save your repair history, saved items, and maintenance reminders.
- To display your contributions in the community forum.
- To send maintenance reminders and notifications you have opted into.
- To improve our AI models, repair guides, and overall service quality.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Apple Inc.: For processing In-App Purchases on iOS devices.
- AI Service Providers: To generate repair diagnoses and guides from your uploaded images.
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, and email delivery partners.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
5. Data Retention
Your diagnostic images and history are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual diagnosis records at any time. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile page in the app. For data requests, contact us at support@fixmate.app.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
